Lessons learned

The Old Baths have a unique and special architectural character. by restoring the building we will manage to maintain a valuable piece of the city's inheritance. The proposal for it to be a modern gallery ensures the project's functionalism. The building's restoration is expected to serve the needs of young artists and the city while being Cultural Capital of Europe and in long term it will contribute to the maintenance of the city's cultural life.
The restoration isn't expected to have negative repercussions to the environment, on the contrary during the realisation of the project and after it new vacant positions will be opened strengthening the Employment.
